CORN MAZES

For 2021, Crawford Farms has added a third corn maze. The all new 2 acre Abe Lincoln TRIVIA CORN MAZE has questions at each four way intersection. Answer a question correctly and you will take the correct path to the next intersection. Answer it wrong and you will loop back to the same question again. The TRIVIA MAZE is one of the rotation stations for K-5 field trip attendees and is accessible from the Nature Trail.
Returning by popular demand is the MINIONS MAZE and redesigned 5+ acre maze called T. WISTER'S" A-MAIZE-ING ADVENTURE. For safety reasons, unsupervised children are not allowed in the larger 5 acre maze.
MINIONS MAZE at Crawford Farm's is easily distinguishable as its entrance is overseen by a giant one eyed Minion hay sculpture. Covering over half an acre and filled with multiple traps and dead ends, this corn maze is sure to keep visitors of all ages entertained as they try to navigate their way through the twists and turns.
Unlike some larger mazes you may have visited where the objective may simply be to find the exit, the Minions Maze has things to experience throughout. Therefore, nearly every passage must be explored, which adds to enjoyment and challenge of this attraction. The MINIONS MAZE is one of the attraction stations for preschool and senior adult field trip groups.
T. WISTER'S A-MAIZE-ING ADVENTURE is designed for those who are looking for a more intense experience. As the story goes, a recent tornado took out poor Mister T. Wister's house and scattered his belongings over his 5 acre corn field. Your objective is to find all of the household items and if your lucky even poor T. Wister who has been missing since the storm. With the new entrance located near the Natural Wetlands Area near the Nature Trail, visitors may spend upwards of two hours traversing the 5 acres of passageways trying to find the items on the scavenger hunt as well as their way out. Complete with multiple intersections, a Figure 8 and the "Spiral Flusher", this attraction is not intended for unsupervised children but rather as a supervised group or family activity. A list of the scavenger hunt items is available at the main entrance to Sprigg's Playland. The T. WISTER MAZE is a possible inclusion for grades 6-12 field trip groups. Special scavenger hunt competitions can be provided for such field trips, parties or corporate events.
The daytime admission fee for the corn mazes is included with each visitors' daily paid admission to Sprigg's Playland or use of the Season Pass. Plan to visit this attraction more than once as more household items may be added each week. Also, Mr. Wister moves locations on a regular basis so visitors get a unique experience by visiting on multiple days. If attending with a group that has booked an event after dark, bring a flashlight. For safety reasons, visitors must have a working flashlight to enter or be in either maze after dark.
